Yesterday around 5:00pm, James was still at work and my kids were gnawing the table legs...so I decided we'd start dinner. I asked Logan to say the blessing and it went something like this:
"Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for this day. Thank you for this food. Please help Daddy to get home soon." (We hear the sound of the garage door opening in the background and I see Logan's eyes fly open and his face light up for a second before he finishes the prayer) "Whoa, that worked fast. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen."
:-) We all were able to share the meal together, as James walked in right after "amen."

So sweet! I love the faith of little ones! I am glad Logan's prayer could be answered and Daddy could be home for dinner :)
Very cute story.
hahaha- I love it. That is so cute.
LOL! That's too cute!
one time I could't find my keys and we had to leave fast. So I knelt down with Brendon right behind our front door and asked him to pray with me. As soon as I said amen I thought to open the door, and my keys were inside the lock. His eyes got HUGE! Just proves that Heavenly Father has a sense of humor
Awesome!!!! Glad you blogged, so you can share this with him as he gets older...I loved it!
If only all of our prayers were answered that fast. Cute story.
