Remember when college meant getting all dolled up with a very skinny body and going to fancy dinners and dancing until midnight? Or sleeping in on Saturdays until noon, because- well, it didn't matter?! Those were the days....or were they? :-) I would never want to go through dating again, now that I know how awesome it is to be married! I would love to get dressed up and go dancing again, but I do NOT miss taking finals. Fast forward about five (or more ha ha) years...
So, here it is Saturday- the snow falling so thick I can't see the farm house behind us across the field. I'm nice and snuggly in my comfy pink robe, and where's my handsome man? On campus. James left bright and early this morning to get some final studying done before his last final. Here it is freezing cold, and he was up before all of us putting out salt so we can get up and down the steps should we want to go out and play in the snow. He has worked so hard this semester- and even set the curve a time or two! How did I end up with such an amazing man? Well, I tricked him into it. ha ha ha Kidding! Just thought I'd write about him since I haven't seen much of him the past week or two...I'm counting down to the nice long Christmas break!! Perhaps I can convince him to dress up and take me dancing- oh wait, he will! My cousin is getting married and she's throwing a huge bash! I can not WAIT! Wahoo!
